Goods and Services supplied for business purposes are not covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act.

TITLE: All goods including machines and spare parts remain the property of Noble-Adams Machinery Ltd. until paid in full. These goods will be subject to any security interest registered by us on the Personal Property Securities Register pursuant to the agreement granted by the customer.
